Onsite worship

The heartbeat of our community is Sunday worship. Sunday mornings the people gather to worship the God made known in Jesus Christ, who we believe is our Creator, Loving Parent, and Friend; and to be together as a community of faith, hope and love.

We gather to encounter God in Word and Sacrament: to hear and to interpret the ancient text through which God still speaks today; to receive the Sacraments that bring us into the presence of God in water and in bread and wine.

Visitors and seekers are always welcome. We practice eucharistic hospitality: which means the table in worship is open and people of all ages and faith communities, backgrounds, etc., are welcome to receive Jesus in the bread and cup of Holy Communion. We are called, gathered, fed and sent forth to “be the church of Christ… wherever we live, work, rest and play.”

Sunday worship is at 10:30 a.m.  We would love to have you join us for worship (and stick around for a coffee and conversation after service if you’d like!) Again, All are Welcome!

Morning Prayers on Wednesdays

You are invited to gather Wednesday mornings in our Fireside Room (main level, just off of the front foyer of the church) from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.. This is a quiet service of readings, prayer and communion. Here, take the opportunity to lift up our world and each other in prayer, centering together on the week’s scripture lessons. Coffee and more conversation follows the prayer time. This program runs September through May. We’d love to see you here!

Care Home Worship

Our Savior's provides worship services at Parkside Extendicare, Regina Lutheran Home, Santa Maria Care Home, Sunset Extendicare and William Albert House. Musicians and worship assistants are appreciated!
